Pesto Recipe
Time to make:
2 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup walnuts
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
optional addition of 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (I skipped the cheese because I like adding it to my food later)
Process:
Blitz it in a food processor till you get the consistency you want. I like it a bit chunky.
Enjoy it with pasta, on grilled chicken or make a bruschetta
